Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team here in the Bay Area!

LiveShelf provides a complete interactive social shopping software solution for the modern + innovative brand. We are looking for a motivated sales development manager who wants to gain valuable experience in the emerging live e-commerce or social shopping market.

You will create and apply an effective sales strategy for our live shopping app with the goal to drive sustainable financial growth through partnerships with retail brands, suppliers and stores. The ideal candidate has a documented history of success with B2B sales and is comfortable jumping in and owning a process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and user satisfaction.
  • Work with Marketing to create and implement sales campaigns
  • Source, arrange and close deals with prospective clients
  • Prepare sales contracts
  • Develop sales process and documentation for scaling of sales department
  • Build long-term relationships with clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of customer acquisition experience
  • Retail sector experience preferred
  • Self-starter heavy on execution – get the job done with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in customer support a plus
  • Well-rounded computer skills: Microsoft Office, Asana, Airtable preferred
  • Able to close – proven track record with great communication and negotiation skills
  • BS/BA in Business Adminstration, E-Commerce, Sales or other relevant is preferred

$60k plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position is based in the SF Bay Area but remote candidates are okay.
